It's Not About Google, It's About the Learning!
When we have an app for everything, it's hard not to let the apps drive the learning in the classroom. Apps are great, especially Google tools, but not a silver bullet for the classroom. It's what the STUDENTS DO with the apps and devices that matter. This session will focus on instructional strategies that can be used with Google tools to engage students and increase student learning!

EdCamp Your PD
Creating more engaging, personalized professional development for educators is vital in our field. This innovative professional development format provides educators with the opportunity to discuss, ask questions, and learn in an organic, informal setting that allows the knowledge and interests of those in attendance to lead the conversations of growth. With little prep and minimal resources, you can organize an EdCamp event the will still meet your school’s professional development requirements.  This session will look into transforming your traditional sit-and-get PD to a collaborative approach that will empower all educators in your school, district, or geographic area.  We will have a mini-EdCamp within this session so participants can have first-hand experience with this collaborative UNconference style PD.
