Do you get lost in shared files and Team Drive folders?  Do you have trouble finding files or folders because you weren't the one who named them?  The presenter will demonstrate how to use a Team Drive and a Google sheet to see at a glance the progress of teams using colors: red, yellow, and green.  Red means the team has no evidence of progress.  Yellow means the team has a plan or brainstorm, and green means the team has data, a draft, or a final product.  The plan or product must be hyperlinked to the cell in the Google sheet for the color to be changed.  This allows an administrator or teacher to see at a glance the progress of all groups.  Hyperlinking means a single click allows viewing of the most recent version of the work product, without searching for file names or shared documents.  The Team Drive means everyone can see the files of others groups, so nothing is stored on one person's drive.  This is ideal for projects such as accreditation self studies or student progress on inquiry projects.
